Turn on the No Follow button in Wordpress.org

For those of you using Wordpress.org on your own hosted site, you maybe interested to know that the default setting in Wordpress's latest version sets the "Follow" to "No Follow"

I really want people to follow me on my Gail Bottomley Online Blog so to make that happen I have to change it.

I guess that's fine if you don't want to be found at all, but remember this that no one will find you including Google and the other search engines so you need to make sure you have set that up correctly. Just a very quick and short video to show you what you need to do to change it so you can be found. Very important.
